Scope

These terms are an agreement between you and DashSkins LLC ("DashSkins", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. They govern your use of this website, dash-skins.com, and of our direct contact channels: e-mail at contact@dash-skins.com and our support line, +1 (979) 378-6451, for phone calls, text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp. By using the website or contacting us through those channels you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our platforms have their own terms, which govern accounts, listings, payments and transactions there: dashskins.com.br/tos and dashskins.gg. Nothing in this document changes them.

Use of this website

This website is informational. It has no user accounts and sells nothing directly. You may not use it in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it, including automated scraping at a scale that affects the service.

The DashSkins name, logos and the content of this website belong to DashSkins LLC and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation; DashSkins is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

Text messaging (SMS) terms and conditions

The DashSkins LLC Support Messaging program lets you exchange text messages with our support team at +1 (979) 378-6451. By opting in you agree to the following.

• Program description. Customer-care messages only: replies to questions you send us, and confirmations or updates on a request you made. We do not send promotional messages through this program.
• Opting in. You opt in by sending a text message to +1 (979) 378-6451, or by asking us to text you during a support conversation by phone, e-mail, chat or WhatsApp. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. You must be 18 or older and the owner of the mobile number, or have the owner's permission, to opt in.
• Message frequency varies with your conversation. Typically a few messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier charges its standard rates for the messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not text you again unless you contact us again. You can also opt out by e-mailing contact@dash-skins.com.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, e-mail contact@dash-skins.com or call +1 (979) 378-6451.
• Carriers. The program is available on major U.S. carriers and on international carriers that deliver messages to and from U.S. numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Material changes are announced by text to the numbers enrolled.

Phone calls and WhatsApp

Calls to +1 (979) 378-6451 are forwarded to a member of our team. When no one can answer, you hear a notice and, when the option is enabled, you may leave a voicemail. Calling a U.S. number from outside the United States may incur international charges from your carrier. Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms in addition to these.

Support

We do our best to answer every message promptly. Support for platform accounts is also available inside each platform, through live chat, in the player's own language. We may ask you to confirm your identity before discussing an account, a payment or a transaction.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and our contact channels are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashSkins LLC disclaims all warranties regarding them and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from their use, including delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or of our contact channels after a change means you accept the new terms.
